In response to EW's silly list of the "50 Smartest People in Hollywood" last week, The New York Daily News has put out a tongue in cheek list of the "50 Dumbest People in Hollywood", which makes a lot more sense.
The newspaper first explains that "dumb" isn't implying stupid; but "dumb" as a matter of poor life choices, self-importance, and train wreck behavior. You already know which stars made the list - Britney Spears, Michelle Rodriguez, Courtney Love - but some others might surprise you.
The Daily News "50 Dumbest People in Hollywood" is:

2. Kim Kardashian - who released a sex tape and nobody cared
3. Spencer Pratt - who thinks his life on MTV's "The Hills" is reality
