BRITNEY SPEARS FACES LOSING HOLIDAY VISITATION
As if there hasn't been enough drama in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Britney Spears is about to get lambasted by Mark Vincent Kaplan for playing hooky when she was scheduled to give her deposition last week.
Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, is slated to appear in court today to discuss the "Gimme More" singer being spotted out until 2 a.m. following the same day that she was "too ill" to attend the court proceedings.
And it's possible, but not likely, that he'll seek a sanction against Brit for clearly defying court orders. More realistically, sources think he'll ask the Commissioner to postpone a January custody hearing, at which Spears could petition the court for shared custody of her two sons, until April.
There's also speculation that Kaplan will petition for the "Toxic" singer's holiday rights to be revoked, based on her irresponsible behavior last week.
