LAWSUIT CAN'T RUIN HEIDI KLUM'S CHRISTMAS
Even though she just learned that her company's being sued by a luxury jeweler, Heidi Klum isn't about to let a little lawsuit get in the way of her holiday family fun.
The Victoria's Secret supermodel, who's currently vacationing in Aspen with her parents, Seal and the kids, is accused of copying a vintage clover jewelry design from Van Cleef and Arpels.
According to press reports, "The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, seeks more than $25,000 in damages from Klum's company Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA, another company she has designed jewelry for."
Nonetheless, the possibility of a mere $25,000 penalty seems to have had no effect on the Project Runway hottie - as she's been all smiles the past few days.
On Sunday, Klum fittingly headed out to an Aspen jewelry shop with husband Seal to pick up a few presents. According to an insider on the scene, "Seal was none too pleased to find the paparazzi waiting for him outside the shop so he called for Aspen's finest."
The following day, Heidi left her hubby at home and headed out for a spot of last minute Christmas shopping with son Henry and her parents.
An onlooker tells, "On their way through town, Henry spotted some balloons attached to a sandwich board on the street. He wanted one and Heidi kept him happy by tearing a balloon off for him."
Afterwards, the group headed back to their winter retreat - readying for what was sure to be quite the gift exchange!
