Pink Hit With Copyright Infringement Suit

Pink photo Pink is being sued for copyright infringement by a musician claiming he hasn’t been paid for his work on the pop-rock songstress’ M!ssundazstood album.

Scratch is seeking $717,600 in damages for his work on the song Respect, which he says also features on Pink’s Live in Europe DVD.

He says a fee for his work wasn’t agreed on and was not discussed with Pink.

Pink, her label Zomba and her company Pinks Stuff, Inc are are all named on the lawsuit.

M!ssundazstood sold 12 million copies worldwide, making it her most successful album to date.
